North South Industries Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your use of northsouthindustries.io, press.northsouthindustries.io, and careers.northsouthindustries.io (the "Sites"), operated by North South Industries Inc. ("NSI", "we"), at 550 N 5th Street, Rapid City, SD 57701. By using the Sites you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

2. The Sites are informational

The Sites provide information about North South Industries and its brands, press materials, and careers. Content is for general information, may change without notice, and is not a commitment, offer, or warranty. We do not sell products on these Sites; any product is governed by that brand's own terms.

3. Your submissions

When you use the contact form, the media-request form, or apply through careers, you agree to provide accurate information and not to submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. You grant us permission to use what you submit to respond to you or to process your application. Do not submit confidential information you do not want shared with us.

4. Intellectual property

The Sites and their content, including the North South Industries name, brand names, logos, and text, are owned by NSI or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the Sites and use press materials as indicated on the press site. Otherwise you may not copy, republish, or create derivative works except as allowed by law, and you may not use our names or marks without permission.

You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites or their systems; scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract content except for standard search indexing; interfere with the Sites' operation or security; or use the Sites in violation of law.

6. Third-party links and brands

The Sites link to our product brands and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORTH SOUTH INDUSTRIES INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITES.

9. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the current version with a new date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, and the state and federal courts located in South Dakota have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
