North South Industries is a parent company to transportation and logistics brands, headquartered in Rapid City, South Dakota. Founded in 2022 by co-founders Josh Branville (CEO) and Gene Grugal (CFO), both from blue-collar transportation families in the Minnesota Twin Cities area.
Josh and Gene both grew up with parents in the transportation industry in Minnesota. Josh’s primary focus has been on logistics and supply chain throughout his career. Gene focused on servicing blue-collar customers across many sectors, building and establishing a growing family-based accounting firm.

With a combined experience of over 50 years in finance, logistics, and transportation, Josh and Gene have positioned North South Industries as an innovative player delivering real solutions across multiple sectors.
During the 2024 trucking recession, while working to keep their companies operational, breakthrough discoveries in data compression led to unexpected results in quantum superposition and entanglement. The company has since pivoted focus to launching new technology brands built on these discoveries.
